Here is the entire Jaxtr signup process to get free calls to India:
To signup for this service, first, go to jaxtr.com and find the ‘signup’ link on the right, top part of the page. Once you see that link, click on the link and it should take you to the screen, where you would enter your personal info.
There, you would enter your first name, surname, a chosen screen name, a chosen password, an email address and your age. Once you have entered this information, and then click on the ‘Submit’ button and your registration is complete!

Now, that you have completed the first part; get ready to complete the second part on how to make free calls to India.
Once you have hit the ‘signup’ button, a confirmation link will be sent to your email, confirming the signup.
Once you see this link, click on it and it will take you to a page, where you will be asked to send invites to your friends that are on your IM accounts (e.g. Yahoo, AOL, Skype, Hotmail and etc.)
Once you select one of these messengers, a popup screen will show up, asking you to sign into that account. Once this is done, you will see a list of all your friends that are from the ‘friend’s’ list on your account.

Moving along, if you would go the home page of your jaxtr.com account, you would see a box that asks you to enter your contact’s phone number. Next, type in the contact’s number and the site will dial the number for you and soon, you will be able to talk to your friends in India!
Moreover, when calling your Indian friend(s) for free, you will not have to pay those expensive international charges, when you call using jaxtr.com.
In addition to making calls to India, a free call to there will cost you $0.06 a minute, or 6 ‘jaxs’ a minute – leaving you with only 8.2 free minutes to talk to your friend(s) in India, for free.
