Android is the most used mobile operating system now days so there is always a need for good security features in it to prevent unauthorised access to our mobile phone or tablet computers. currently android operating systems provides two security features in it. one is the old tradational security passwords.
the second is the new pattern lock screen. so what to do if you forget the security password or lock screen pattern.
dont worry i have a solution for it. follow the steps given below in order to unlock your phone or tablet.
STEPS:
- enter the wrong pattern for 5 times.
- now you will see a message saying that "you have incorrectly entered your pattern for 5 times please try again after 30 seconds"
- now wait for 30 seconds and you will see a option named as forget pattern.
- click on it and it will ask for a gmail email address and password.
- give your gmail email address and password.
- your phone will get unlocked.
NOTE: it will delete your phone or tablet data so do it on your own risk.
- first of all switch off your phone or tablet.
- then press volume up, home button and power button at the same time.
- now android system recovery mode will open.
- then go to option WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET by pressing volume down button..
- open it by pressing home button.
- now it will ask for confirmation go on yes option and press home button.
- it will takes some time and your phone will get RESET and now the pattern lock is removed.
